| If you temporarily need to store your items in storage, your Sunrise mover may charge for Storage-in-Transit (SIT): This is a fee for Temporary warehouse storage of your shipment pending further transportation. For example, if your new home isn't quite ready to occupy you might use SIT. You must specifically request SIT service, which may not exceed a total of 180 days of storage, and you will be responsible for the added charges for SIT service, as well as the warehouse handling and final delivery charges. |

| In some cases a Sunrise mover may speak with you about Accessorial (Additional) Services. These are services such as packing, appliance servicing or unpacking that you request to be performed (or are necessary because of landlord requirements or other special circumstances). Charges for these services are in addition to the transportation charges. |

| It is important to point out special items to your Sunrise mover. Set these items aside the day before the move. Then, once the mover arrives, point out items that are most special to you during the walkthrough. All your items will be handled professionally but take a moment to show them which ones need the most special care. Also, point out the boxes you would like to have unloaded first, if they are not going into storage. These boxes may include kitchen and bathroom items, or your children's toys. |

| If you are moving across country you may receive a Order (Bill of Lading) Number from your Sunrise mover. This is the number used to identify and track your shipment. |

| You may want your Sunrise mover to perform Appliance Service. Appliance services is the preparation of major electrical appliances to make them safe for shipment. |
