| Make sure you provide the Avon mover with your destination contact information. Take down any information the driver can provide such as his cell phone, pager and satellite tracking information. | The day before the Avon movers come, pack each plant in an appropriate sized moving box. However, first of all give them a good drink of water, put them in a black trash bag sealed tight, then in the box. Be sure and seal the box. Write "LIVE PLANT" on the outside with arrows pointing upright. If you have a good mover, they will load these last. The larger greenery needs to go in a dishpack, and you probably will not be able to close the box, but still follow the steps, and make some type of plastic cover over these. What happens is they create their own mini environment, and can survive up to a week in these boxes. |

| Before your Avon mover arrives, get rid of trash and flammable items
Eliminate as much trash as you can before moving day. Last-minute garbage will inevitably build up the day prior to and the day of loading. Try making a deal with a neighbor to use their trash container for your last-minute debris.

| If you temporarily need to store your items in storage, your Avon mover may charge for Storage-in-Transit (SIT): This is a fee for Temporary warehouse storage of your shipment pending further transportation. For example, if your new home isn't quite ready to occupy you might use SIT. You must specifically request SIT service, which may not exceed a total of 180 days of storage, and you will be responsible for the added charges for SIT service, as well as the warehouse handling and final delivery charges. |

| If you are moving across country you may receive a Order (Bill of Lading) Number from your Avon mover. This is the number used to identify and track your shipment. |
