| There are two types of estimates you could receive from your Massillon mover. The two types are Binding/Non-Binding Estimate: A binding estimate is an agreement with the mover made in advance of the move. A non-binding estimate is the carrier's approximation of the cost based on the estimated weight of the shipment and the accessorial services requested. |

| If you temporarily need to store your items in storage, your Massillon mover may charge for Storage-in-Transit (SIT): This is a fee for Temporary warehouse storage of your shipment pending further transportation. For example, if your new home isn't quite ready to occupy you might use SIT. You must specifically request SIT service, which may not exceed a total of 180 days of storage, and you will be responsible for the added charges for SIT service, as well as the warehouse handling and final delivery charges. |

| Keep in mind that any items that are considered flammable are not going to be loaded by your Massillon movers. Understand what these items are so that you are not stuck with trying to get rid of them on day of loading. If you are uncertain what items can't be loaded, ask your estimator for a list. Because movers can't transport most household cleaners, they will be available for you to use throughout the day. Also remember to remove items from inaccessible areas like crawl spaces or attics. |

| You may want to arrange for someone to take care of the kids (and pets) while the Massillon movers are packing and loading your items. Have the caregiver bring the kids back home prior to the truck leaving as it important for young children to understand where their belongings are going. |

| You should receive a Bill of Lading from your Massillon mover. This is the receipt for your goods and the contract for their transportation. It is your responsibility to understand the bill of lading before you sign it. If you do not agree with something on the bill of lading, do not sign it until you are satisfied that it is correct. The bill of lading is an important document. Don't lose or misplace your copy. |
