For example, if your new home isn't quite ready to occupy you might use SIT. You must specifically request SIT service, which may not exceed a total of 180 days of storage, and you will be responsible for the added charges for SIT service, as well as the warehouse handling and final delivery charges. |

| A few apartment communities do not allow moving trucks to enter the premises. This is mainly when the Galleria mover has a large truck. In these case you will be charged for Shuttle Service: This is a fee for the use of a smaller vehicle to provide service to residences that are not accessible to the mover's normal line haul equipment. |

| If you have to leave the house for any reason while your Galleria movers are packing and loading, make sure you have someone there that you can trust to oversee what is going on. Never leave your home alone to complete strangers. That is just inviting trouble. |

| When the Galleria movers come out to pack you will notice a person with a clipboard and several sheets of paper documenting your things. Ask to see these documents and check them carefully, you will notice that it will have a place to mark damages that already exist. Once you have signed you have no recourse. |
