| Waring movers will charge a Warehouse Handling fee if you have to use their temporary warehouse space. This is an additional charge applicable each time temporary space is provided. This charge compensates the mover for the physical placement and removal of items within the warehouse. |

| When taking inventory please make an estimate of value to tell your Waring mover. A Valuation is the degree of "worth" of the shipment. The valuation charge compensates the mover for assuming a greater degree of liability than that provided for in the base transportation charges. |

| If you decide to use a Waring mover, make sure to clearly mark and set aside items you don't want loaded. This will remind you to tell the driver what not to load as you conduct your preload walkthrough. Make sure your important paperwork pertaining to the move doesn't get packed and shipped with your household goods. |

| If you temporarily need to store your items in storage, your Waring mover may charge for Storage-in-Transit (SIT): This is a fee for Temporary warehouse storage of your shipment pending further transportation. For example, if your new home isn't quite ready to occupy you might use SIT. You must specifically request SIT service, which may not exceed a total of 180 days of storage, and you will be responsible for the added charges for SIT service, as well as the warehouse handling and final delivery charges. |

| If you have children, pack special items for the kids. Have the kids pack a box of their "special" items, things that they'll want to have nearby as soon as you all arrive at your new home. Point this box out to the Waring mover so it's one of the first boxes to be unloaded. |

| A few apartment communities do not allow moving trucks to enter the premises. This is mainly when the Waring mover has a large truck. In these case you will be charged for Shuttle Service: This is a fee for the use of a smaller vehicle to provide service to residences that are not accessible to the mover's normal line haul equipment. |

| Before your Waring mover arrives, get rid of trash and flammable items
Eliminate as much trash as you can before moving day. Last-minute garbage will inevitably build up the day prior to and the day of loading. Try making a deal with a neighbor to use their trash container for your last-minute debris.
